Within the framework of strengthening economic relations and exchanging views on investment opportunities and bilateral cooperation, His Excellency the Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Kamal Bouchama, received Lebanese businessman Mr. Abdullah Shahin on the morning of May 20, 2025, at the embassy headquarters in Beirut.
During this meeting, the prospects for the economic partnership between Algeria and Lebanon were discussed, particularly in light of the promising investment potential of the Algerian market and the growing role of the private sector in driving sustainable development in both countries. Ways to enhance communication between businesspeople and overcome obstacles that may hinder the development of projects with a joint economic dimension were also discussed.
In this context, His Excellency Ambassador Bouchama emphasized Algeria's openness to initiatives aimed at building partnerships based on mutual benefit and mutual respect, noting the vital role that the Lebanese community and businesspeople can play in strengthening economic relations between the two countries.
