His Excellency the Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Kamal Bouchama, received Attorney Sami Al-Rifai this morning, April 29, 2025, in an atmosphere of cordiality and mutual appreciation.
Professor Al-Rifai is a prominent legal figure who took honorable positions on the Algerian cause during the glorious liberation revolution. He was among the Arab lawyers who defended its freedom fighters, most notably the late Mujahid and President Ahmed Ben Bella.
Professor Al-Rifai also has solid experience in the field of visual arts. In addition to his legal profession, he is a visual artist specializing in painting and sculpture. He has produced high-quality artworks, for which he has won numerous awards at local and international exhibitions.
