On Thursday afternoon, May 8, 2025, His Excellency the Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Kamal Bouchama, received a high-level delegation of leaders from Lebanese national and pan-Arab parties at the embassy in Beirut. The delegation included: Brigadier General Mustafa Hamdan, Secretary of the Leadership Council of the Al-Murabitun Organization; His Excellency MP Hassan Murad, President of the Union Party; Mr. Rabie Banat, President of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party; Mr. Shaker Barjawi, President of the Arab Current Party; and Mr. Asaad Hammoud, Commander of the Arab National Guard.
This meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on a number of regional and international issues of common interest, in addition to discussing developments in the region and their repercussions on the Lebanese and Arab realities. The meeting also addressed ways to strengthen relations between Arab nationalist parties and movements to advance unity projects in the Arab world in light of the accelerating geopolitical changes.
